Photography gives me an excuse to enter worlds that trigger my curiosity but also forces me to take the time to really understand the stories behind the people that I photograph. It gives me a wide array of perspectives that make me view my own life in new ways.

It's my wish to share these stories with the rest of the world.

I've graduated with honours from the Photo Academy in Amsterdam in 2012. After the academy I traveled to Myanmar for 1.5 years to work on the book 'Myanmar: Beyond the Surface' that was self-published after a successful crowdfunding campaign in November 2015. In 2016 work began on a project about the intriguing world of Cyber Security which got published in National Geographic magazine in 2020.
